Great co-workers who are there to do an honest job.

Every single employee is fearful of their job. No exceptions. Terminations happen on a regular basis, there is no such thing as 'employee development'. If you are looking for a job, be ready for short term here. Campus president and COO are both hormonal and do not make smart and fair business decisions.
