The team's enthusiasm and dedication to their roles create a positive and motivating atmosphere. As an intern, you feel very valued and are treated as a colleague like everyone else. You receive support and can openly seek mentorship from senior staff.

I haven't encountered any downsides during my time here because I align well with the company's culture. However, I can see how this might also be a problem if you don't. Since people here share a deep passion for their work and the organization's values, it’s important to resonate with these principles to truly enjoy the experience. If you are competitive and prefer vertical structures, or if you enjoy feeling important just because of your seniority, then this might not be the place for you.
