Pros
When I used to work there, they were still pretty small and the general athmosphere within the team was OK. However, there's a lot of people leaving and joining, with makes bonding with people harder and creating a team feeling more difficult.
Cons
When I worked there, the pay was below standards for Barcelona. Moreover, there were no benefits at all. Furthermore, they didn't prepay enough of the salary taxes, resulting in everybody in the company having to pay around 1k euro to AEAT - which was pretty much a full month's salary. Company parties (Christmas, summer) would always be held on Thursdays so management could be back in their own country on Friday eve, and they'd penalise everyone coming even 3 minutes late on Friday morning with a 50 euro deduction of the standard "bonus" you'd get. If you'd be unlucky with public transport, or you'd have to queue up at the register for a few minutes longer during your lunch break, or want to take the elevator to the 6th floor and it takes forever to come down, and manage to be late 3 times in a month, for only a few minutes, you'd lose your full bonus.
