Pros

- Work from home - The job is in beautiful Barcelona

Cons

- Favoritism - Even if they are wrong and you are right. and even if it would hurt the company the Favorited person always goes first. - Very bad mental health. Their "school" they have internally in the company talks about mental health etc . But when you look closely on these people, you will soon realize that there are Real psychopaths in the office, and they will always 100% gold dig you, and its like having a badger stick on your leg that just wont let go and stop destroying your whole life. - The "How do you handle stress" speech is all about that your supposed to be 100% their "Machine" and your required to work 24/7 for this company. that's the Mental projection. - Almost all Agents after being here 6-12 months leaves one reason might be that after working here for a while. you slowly realize that the company is constructed in this way because it is hiding its element of SCAM . Eventually you have a pile of Customers that hastent been helped for 3 days and their standing in their shops, losing tons of money. They paid for a product that just docent work. and they lose 10,000 of thousands of Euros and lose their customers and they are emberesed. basically they have been scammed and their business + life is coming crashing down because of the freaking company you are hired to work for. - Related to the above text. Alot of customers are disapointed and are at the brink of being scammed or has been scammed and are angry and you are the wall the only wall i might point out , that is there. so you will be the boxing bag of ALOT of angry customers that feel scammed. - Last but definitely not least, There is Humongous Drama in this office. and there is groups as you can imagine. And there is Also unprovoked violence . i have seen people being punched unprovoked after not doing anything wrong by people they dont know. And i myself was punched unprovoked on my left are on the same spot 4 times by 3 different people that i just dont know. - So conclusion this place works if your made of stone and just need the cash. But for people that want to keep it real, and has a sense of good and progress and so on. This is just a Big Indian call center cover up scam. Almost! Just not a place for smart people .
