Pros
Go under the radar enough to not have the light on you but not enough to not get fired. Firing and hiring happens more frequently than you would think for a small company. Tends to make everyone be on edge.
Cons
"You can be the most disciplined, brilliant, and even wealthy individual in the world, but if you don't care for or empathize with other people, then you are basically nothing but a sociopath." - Kamia Taylor This quote really resonates to how the leadership team is. There is not empathy. And showing empathy for your co-workers is seen as a a red flag too. They lack the skill of “seeking to understand,” even though they preach it. Which is on brand for everything they do, preach it but don’t act what you preached. If you are selfish and don’t mind running other people over, then it’s the place for you. Everyone is replaceable and no one is special-I take that back, specific characteristics are highly preferred that even when you violate the code of conduct, they are likely to give you another chance. And if you don’t have those characteristics, then everything else is out the door and you will be fired no matter how good your are.
