- Rarely have extra hours for staff. - 4 hour shifts which are hard to plan around - False hope/promises for progression and promotions - Often left alone to manage shop whilst management sit in the office doing nothing - Customers can be rude and demanding - Lots of pressure to hit TRIPLE what our targets actually are - HR do not care about staff in freezing temperatures with no heating - Management does not care about diversity and equality
