Pros

Very good at selling hopes, dreams and half truths. Ask about the day to day duties from the rip. It will save you time.

Cons

Hr is a bunch of defunct field reps that got hurt doing door to door sales so now they’re spending their days dialing 200+ candidates a day. Don’t ask too many questions though otherwise they will blow a fuse and act like they don’t know the answer. The positions are all the same, even if they say different. Always ask for details on day to day in training, they will brush past it to lure you in. If they can’t answer it they will just disqualify you. Also don’t leave if you want to get paid. They have you sign that right away in your new hire paperwork in an arbitration clause, so the payday law is useless to you even with documentation. The prior comments in regards to not getting paid is absolutely accurate. Richard has only had 2 out of the 12 offices he has had opened under him last more than a few months. This is a glorified pyramid scheme without paying money into it. They will sell you hopes, dreams and a good workplace environment. Every role is door to door sales they will sell you as a 4-6 month training program to be suited for the role. I have not only seen people get arrested but also been sent to the hospital due to residents getting tired of being bothered for 12 hours a day multiple times a week. I look forward to the “can’t relate” or “I must direct you to contact hr to clear up your misunderstanding” comments haha. Obviously I’m not the only one having problems with them and won’t be the last.

We are concerned that we didn't deliver on our level of standards but our employee's safety and security are of the highest priority to us. We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent and are very upfront about the position requirements during the interviewing process. We try to ensure that all candidates are aware that they will be required to learn our direct marketing strategies during their brand ambassador training. We certainly don't want to make any false promises which may disappoint our candidates. We are not a pyramid scheme, which is illegal in the United States. It sounds like there is a misunderstanding when it comes to our growth structure. We have a structure very similar to other companies that promote from within such as Hertz or Enterprise. We promote people based on merit, so they must learn everything about how we run our business from the bottom up. We're sorry to hear that you were not interested in this type of organizational structure, but we try to be as clear as possible before anyone joins our team. We hope you find a role that best suits your qualifications and needs.
