Fantastic company culture and a brilliant and dedicated team. Flexible working available. Supportive and accessible management team. Very little hierarchy and as a public/private organisation, the approach had a predominantly private sector feel - dynamic and responsive.
Cons
The level of commitment across the organisation can sometimes drive a culture of overworking.
