Pros
Great foundation for anyone that is willing to learn and willing to take on a challenge. I was very fortunate and had an amazing team. My manager was a biggest reason I stuck it out. She taught me invaluable skills, and defiantly was a huge part to my successful working at Newegg. I had opportunities to work with other departments and she always encouraged me as long as my work load did not suffer. I gained skills and experience that I probably would have not had the opportunity to if I was working for another company.
Cons
The downside is managing realistic expectations and ensuring that employees have a healthy work balance.
