Pros
I would give 5 stars if just talking about the company. It has very good internal system, experienced and talented employees. the package and benefit they provide are good, you can find awesome coworkers in the office and there are a lot of ideas, you get to work with big and great companies as your vendors or suppliers, the management is straight forward and you can try out your own ideas..... if you are green, go try it and you will get more than you expected. if you are looking for a career, then go try it. you will get something but career. Even employees with company for over 10 years can be fired suddenly.
Cons
I give 4 stars because the top management team change very often. some of the top managers do not seem like have a big vision but just focus on the small stuff. you will get annoyed when you get challenged on these somethings.
