Pros

- Good bonus structure - Good PTO allocation (after vested) - Decent 401K match

Cons

- COVID response (forced employees into office throughout entire pandemic with managers who didn't wear masks, hid positive COVID cases, upper management withheld promotions for people speaking out against their practices and tried to find people who posted about this publicly to fire them) - Favoritism based on race - Puppet HR with no sense of confidentiality (if you said something to them you can be sure you'd be getting a msg from the COO) - Environment of fear (CEO rules and if you disagree you won't last long here, CTO puts people on projects that go nowhere on a whim, COO mocks those who wish to WFH)

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
