Pros

- Free dinner if you stay late enough

Cons

- Terrible Upper Management: No clue what they are doing, they do not look at long term goals only what is good for the next couple of weeks. Play favortism, you will not get ahead unless you speak their Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) - Office culture was terrible. You are not consider productive if you don't work more then 10 hours, so people just pretend to work so that they can drag their day out. Lots if back stabbing or throwing people under the bus to get ahead (management seems to promote this). - Pay: you don't get paid enough to deal with the drama of management. - Vacation/Sick pay: no sick pay at all, you get two weeks vacation total. So if you are sick, you have to use your vacation pay. - Office: You are sitting in a room with no windows, it feels like a basement because you can never see outside. it just screams sweatshop. - Misc: when people are sick they still show up to the office. They just wear mask, that is not going to keep the germs away from everyone else. People are in a enclosed room, the germ will spread and get everyone sick.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
