Pros

There's still people there who love tinkering, acquiring and selling computer hardware. The kind of people that'll let you know exactly why some obscure brand performs better in deep technical terms. Who will deck out everything on their computers with RGB LED lights and be proud of it.

Cons

Management at all levels is short sighted, incompetent, disrespectful and inefficient. Be ready to do 4x the work because objectives and expectations change sometimes on a daily basis for no other reason than to try to look good and save face. Things constantly breaking down or going extremely wrong because of bad planning and execution, only being saved in the last minute by the normal day in day out workers there and pure luck. This causes people to burn out really quick and extremely high turnover. Lower pay compared to similar companies. Almost zero diversity in management Sometimes hostile towards LGBTQ people.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
