Review - IT Engineer Newgentek Employee Review

I left my previous company in search of another I.T. company that had vision, cared greatly about the quality of service they deliver, put the customers first, and invests in it's employees in a meaningful way i.e. training and excellent benefits. After several conversations with the CEO (who is great), I decided that when the time was right, I was going to join on with Newgentek, and boy am I glad I did. I have never worked for an organization that truly embraced change, improvements, strong focus on efficiency, and focusing on fixing what isn't working. It is amazing to be able to make consistent improvements across an organization when you have an Executive suite that listens, and has their focus in the right places.

While salary may fall slightly below industry standards, we still do have what I believe is on of the most competitive compensation packages I have seen. So while this could be a con for some, I am very happy.

- A company that really cares about the growth and development of their employees - Hands on training and 1 on 1 mentoring - Has an amazing leadership team that does weekly check-ins - All employees are very kind and make you feel welcome

I can honestly say there have not been any cons to working at Newgentek!
