Pros

Great colleagues for the most part

Cons

Horrible management team. If you don't "drink the coolaid" you'll be treated like a red-headed step child.

Pros

Newline Interactive is a great place to work with excellent corporate culture. Plain and simple. No micromanaging and no badgering from upper management. They trust their employees to get their jobs done. They make you WANT to do a good job so they don’t have to badger their employees to get things done. They are constantly making improvements to their benefits, products, and company as a whole. Its so refreshing to see such a team atmosphere with executives and employees who really want to make a difference. This really does feel like a family. Newline is a growing company with a bright future. I’m so happy to be here and to be a part of this growth. Are there growing pains? Sure, but nothing that we can’t overcome together as a team. Trust me, the growing pains are mild and manageable. A benefit of a growing company means growth opportunity for their employees. In addition, management is extremely flexible with employee’s personal needs and do not run things by the book. If you are looking for a great company with high employee morale, this is the place! Come be a part of a family where you are much more than just an employee number.

Cons

Some minor growing pains. Not a tremendous amount of PTO (on books) but management is flexible. Cost of health for employee and family. Delay starting 401K, available after day 1 of next quarter, after 1 year anniversary.
