      Benefits, Salary, job over was pleasing. Time off could either be easy or difficult to take depending on the work environment of that time

      The buddy-buddy system reigns supreme, delegation was the way to promotion.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
