      Great compensation and benefits, great co-workers, very effective CEO Working for a highly respected company in the industry

      Cons

      Not learning from past mistakes; implement a major internal project based on the direction of a new Senior Manager without learning why the same project failed in the past. Hopefully this has improved.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
