      Newmont has competitive benefits, employees are professional, good salary

      Cons

      Managers are lacking in basic skills, it's not what you know but who you know in order for promotion and succession. They say they are progressive but it takes a long time to make any significant changes.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
