      Used to be proud of this company having worked there for over 30 years

      Sold out the entire workforce on the Carlin Trend. It was the Carlin Trend of mines that made Newmont who they are.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
