Excellent compensation package, interesting operations, focus on safety, inclusive employer, and women as GMs
Cons
Despite changes all around, some of the old guard are kept around, don’t add value, and continue to treat people poorly with no repercussions. In order to remain on top, even at these high gold prices, they are cutting too deep to be able to deliver. Very bureaucratic - many layers of management.
