      Good pay. Good bonus. Parts of the company have a good culture

      Cons

      Was a good company to work in initially. The leaders who came later played politically for their own gains. Eventually the company became a toxic environment to work in.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
