      An inclusive culture with some great people that work there. Varied work also.

      Cons

      The regional office has its cliques and those cliques are taken care of and promoted. Can be quite a gossip prone work environment- be careful not to get too friendly with people.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
