The company software I had to install formatted my phone and I lost all my family photos and things they didn't care. Lot of experience with working remote but struggled a bit with FIFO and family as a parent passed away, rather than give leave they used the 3 month probation to sack me. I would guess this depends on your direct supervisors choice more than anything. Just perform and if you don't click with your supervisor start applying somewhere else they don't care the circumstances or other workers I spoke to who were being bullied just keep your head down don't expect support.
