      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity if you like a challenge. Good company unfortunately having to deal with many legacy issues.

      Cons

      Pay is ok but it doesn't make up for the poor conditions and toxic working environment. There is a reason they are experiencing a mass exodus of long-term personnel.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
