      Great Pay/ Benefits. 2 weeks on, 1 week off. I like the working environment and involvement

      can get very tiring after 11-12hr working day. low staffed. a lot of responsibilities.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
