      Pros

      Newmont has undergone a number of acquisitions which as caused some recent chaos. However, in general Newmont care about employees and had demonstrated this in numerous ways over the last five years.

      Cons

      Newmont still needs to do some restructuring because of recent acquisitions. This is just want companies need to do, and will give the impression to some that the company no longer cares. However, I believe the core "employee centric" culture is still there and will be more promenent again in the future.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
