      Pay and benefits are good, coworkers are friendly. The company adapted well to the changing market conditions.

      Cons

      The drive out to the mine site is long. There are too many managers and bosses in Denver.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
