      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Small mine makes coworkers feel kind of like family.

      Cons

      Super Seven schedule is tough. Seven days off once a month is nice but getting to that point is hard on the body rotating days and nights. Equipment is getting old. Operating in snow can be difficult. The commute from nearby towns can also be difficult in the winter.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
