Stable company where the management cares about the success of the heart and soul of the company, their sales team. No salary cap on commissions and bonuses available.

Sometimes high stress levels and with the sales team being commission only, it often leads to high turnover rates.

Some of the things I looked for in a company was the ability to learn/grow as well as the type of environment/culture the company had. When I first interviewed for NewRuf, I was worried I would not be able to make it since I was from out of town, but the owner personally took time out of his weekend to make time for me and tell me more about the company. It showed me that he really cared about the people that work for him and it shows in the employees as well. It really feels like a team/family here where everyone supports each other and tries to do their best to help whenever possible. After a couple months of working here, I was able to vastly expand my knowledge in not only my field of work, but in other areas that I never knew I would be learning. In most careers, a company expects you to be perfect from the start, but I never felt that once here as everyone makes mistakes, but it is what you take from those mistakes that enhances yourself as an individual. That is exactly the kind of position I wanted to be in, and I am sure many others would appreciate the same. Overall, choosing to apply and work here has been the best decision I have made for my overall growth.

I really wish there was a Braums located near the office, but to be fair there is not one close to Austin period.
