Pros
The employees around the world who gather, report and deliver the Deeply topics are great. Super smart and very hard working. They truly believe in what they do, or at least what they're trying to do.
Cons
The CEO is a con artist. She lies to prospective candidates about the company's funding, business operations and audience size. She lies to investors about the state of the company's revenue potential. Publicly she talks about a business model driven by sponsorships but the reality is 99% of revenue comes from philanthropic donations. You will learn all of this a couple months into your tenure there.
