      Pros

      Good colleagues. Have acquired companies and products that are actually quite good. The leadership is proving out to be better than expected to be honest. We seem to recently be doing better than many companies out there and certainly many in Edtech.

      Cons

      Would like to see the 401k match improved.

      Work flexibility. Knowing you are helping students to understand what they are reading.

      Cons

      School-type cliques are tiresome. Little to no regard for long-time employees, many of whom were callously replaced with AI.
