      The colleagues are friendly and some of the leads/managers are good to work with.

      Cons

      They often have a tendency towards micromanagement. It's very rare for them to receive a raise (even after many years with the same salary).

      None really unless you like digging

      Cons

      They do not have the work to run a full time crew. Expect to not get your 40. Poor management and high turn over.
