      Interview questions are creative and real time. Structured hiring process. Everyone are friendly and quick response. Good compensation. Lot of opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

      Cons

      A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

      Pros

      Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

      Cons

      Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
