Good and Supportive Colleagues; the Only Positive is the Timely Salary.
Cons
1) Your ideas will be shot down immediately. The boss (Milap) only likes his own ideas. 2) Managers have no authority for making decision everything needs to be approved by the Supreme Boss. 3) No employee engagement or activity. Monthly cake cutting 5min formality and then it is back to work. The HR team is completely useless and just a puppet of the Supreme Boss. 4) Zero constructive feedback. You will only get negative comments in the name of feedback and you cannot speak back. 5) Mistakes is not tolerated. You will be insulted and then asked to resign. 6) No WFH. The company hates WFH culture and gives more importance to hard work than smart work. 7) Lunch break timing is flexible for senior leaders and the boss, but not for junior employees. You can be called anytime during your break for status updates and other work related issues. 8) All client requests are important and urgent. You will be made to wait long hours until the work is completed. Do not be fooled in the interview they speak all goody-goody but once you are in your bad time starts.
