Pros

Lunch on Mondays is provided and usually pretty good. Kitchen is well stocked.

Cons

Unfortunately management is shady. To start with, they drug test which I strongly approve of, but half of management walks into the office smelling like weed. Upper management is a strange sort of clique. Upon a former colleague going to HR about employee misconduct, the complaining employee was let go. Another got in trouble because they were caught working from a public place during a work from home day, despite that employees power being out. There are strange things happening here and i wouldn't wish it on my enemy.

Pros

Pay arrives early, and full benefits eventually kick in after ninety days. The office looks polished with complete equipment and decent facilities. That is the extent of what works here. Everything positive is tied to the building itself, not the people running the place.

Cons

- Employees are treated as invisible, with no recognition, appreciation, or voice. - New hires are misled with positive promises, only to be met with silence and hostility from the first day. - There is no welcome, no effort to connect, and no sense of belonging within the department. - Interaction only happens when work is needed, making every conversation feel cold and transactional. - Building real connections feels impossible, leaving employees isolated and unsupported. - Effort and dedication go unnoticed, reinforcing the feeling of being disposable. - Skill growth is limited to numbers, while personal and professional development is ignored. - An extreme culture of silence is enforced, creating a suffocating and oppressive atmosphere. - Music and earphones are banned, removing even the smallest sense of comfort during long hours. - Immediate responses are demanded at all times, promoting constant tension and control. - The office feels more like a sterile lab than a place meant for human beings. - Occasional shouting from other departments only highlights how lifeless and stagnant this one feels. - The overall experience is rigid, emotionless, and robotic, slowly draining motivation and morale.
