Pros

There are handful of good people who are trying to uplift the environment and are supportive.

Cons

The HR management is extremely poor and unprofessional. They often fail to provide accurate information to employees, causing unnecessary confusion and problems. When issues arise, they refuse to take responsibility and instead make arbitrary rules at their convenience. Overall, the policies are poorly designed, and the work environment is toxic and unsupportive.

Probation period will make you feel like to run asap from the organization. What I have heard is most of people on bench for more than 6 month. Even after getting project...Management and client are toxic....use false narrative to keep ur achievements, credit stealing and blame others mistake. Management will not involve you in relevant and important communication. Things are not confidential will use it to put pressure even by team members. HR and leadership goes blind and non responsive. No Hike till 2 years of joining it's policy (eligible after 18 month) Profit sharing after year is like variable pay ie no guarantee..can use any reason to denay it. Some people resigned and got retained with false assurance later got wrongful terminated. Exit policy clearly states to not to provide relevant documents and reject background verification if they want (this is not mentioned during appointment letter nor informed... u get image with salary components,leaves and profit sharing details) Fresher are not getting projects for a year. Engineer are working for different roles.
