      Pros

      The people here are genuinely supportive, and there’s a real sense of teamwork. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback I’ve been able to learn a lot and take on new responsibilities as I’ve grown in my role. Good work/life balance.

      Like any growing company, processes are still being refined.

      Pros

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and flexible work location.

      Cons

      In a near constant state change of systems and process. No full health insurance coverage. CEO constantly hypes AI and how it's great. We didn't get into renewables to produce energy for the tech overlords stealing our knowledge and art to be plugged into predictive text models that consume all our resources.
