Pros

Location and flexibility, you can walk into work whenever you want.

Cons

Upper management are basically really good friends. Anyone outside of the circle gets treated like crap. The culture there sucks, they believe the later you stay the better quality work you provide. For the year that I worked there some nights staff didnt leave until 10pm. They def work harder instead of smarter.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Within the accounting function, there are often cycles of busier periods as closing and reporting milestones are reached. Despite the best efforts of our managers to balance the workload, longer days do sometimes occur. We are always looking for ways to improve. At Nexamp, we want all our employees to love their jobs and to feel that they can approach their supervisors or upper management at any time with comments, concerns or questions. We’ve worked hard to create and maintain an open-door culture even as we’ve grown quickly over the past few years. We are proud of the culture we have created and are honored to be recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal. I’m sorry that your experience here didn’t reflect our commitment to respect and inclusion; we will continue to provide mentoring and training to ensure we do better. Zaid Ashai, CEO

Pros

Decent pay, unlimited PTO and flexible work location.

Cons

In a near constant state change of systems and process. No full health insurance coverage. CEO constantly hypes AI and how it's great. We didn't get into renewables to produce energy for the tech overlords stealing our knowledge and art to be plugged into predictive text models that consume all our resources.
