Where do I begin ? I was offered a position with the impression that it would be busy . My background is hauling FTL 15 a day . So I'm use to it being super busy . I get in and it was not what was told to me . Super high turn around . Your not allowed to talk to anyone above a whisper or a mass email will go out to be quiet . The lose inventory and make excuses to customers as to why product is missing. You have to fight to do any work . There is a communal email and you'll work an email and advise you'll follow up and someone else will respond. Paperwok comes up missing . If someone is out rumors are rampant. The owners walk in and never say one word to anyone . The woman walks in miserable . Miserable . You go and talk to her and she walks away. The other owner her husband goes into his office and the door shuts and you don't see him - ever . For christmas bonus an employee got a a gift card and was taxes on it . Who does that ? They also have to sign off on your 401k before you can move it . And that's an entirely different story. Worst place to work . And on top of driving an hour to get there and only certain people are allowed to have laptops and work from home if the weather is too bad to drive in . So if you can't make it in , you lose money but the special people who they like have laptops can work and don't lose any money . What a horrible place to work. This will be cross posted on all sites . Horrible horrible horrible place to work . Be prepared to be walked out if you give your notice
