Pros
Team Events & Free Lunches – The company organizes regular social events, and there are plenty of free lunches throughout the year.
Cons
No Work-Life Balance – Employees are expected to work through lunch breaks and stay back late just to keep up with unrealistic workloads. Harsh Management & Lack of Support – Managers provide little to no training, expect employees to figure things out on their own, and frequently yell and swear at staff both in person and over Teams calls. Instead of guidance, employees are often met with criticism. Toxic Workplace Politics – Promotions and opportunities are based on favoritism rather than merit, making it difficult to advance unless you’re in the “inner circle.” Inconsistent Management – Some teams have slightly better leadership, but overall, management is disorganized, unsupportive, and contributes to a stressful work environment. Mental Health Deterioration – The excessive pressure, long hours, and toxic environment take a serious toll on employees’ mental health. Management shows little to no empathy for staff struggling with stress or burnout. Opening up about your mental health is a mistake here. DO NOT DO IT unless you want to be treated as weak or get the “get over it” talk.
