I had the pleasure of working with an outstanding team who were not only supportive but also exceptionally skilled. The camaraderie and collaboration within the team made the work environment both enjoyable and productive. Gaining experience in such a unique industry was truly a privilege. The exposure to this field has broadened my understanding and skill set, providing invaluable insights that I will carry forward in my career.

Unfortunately, the management was toxic and made the working environment difficult. The leadership style was problematic, leading to unnecessary stress and frustration among the team. The founders were dishonest, which was the most troubling aspect of my time there. Their lack of transparency created a significant trust issue within the company. The CEO frequently demanded manipulations on the proof of concepts (POCs), which compromised the integrity of the work and created ethical concerns. The technology itself is far from being valuable or competitive in the market, which made it challenging to take pride in the work being done. The overall atmosphere in the company was negative, making it an unpleasant place to work.
