Pros
Product is awesome and truly solves a major white space. The base salary is generous. Health care, dental and vision are great.
Cons
I'm not sure where to begin. Whether it's leadership lying to their salespeople's face and pitting them against one another, creating ramping guidelines which are designed for all new reps to fail, no growth path whatsoever, territories (what territories) they change monthly and are never followed, comp plan so confusing leadership failed to explain it multiple times so they kept have to have meetings about it. The WORST is the company culture. OMG run for the hills. No sales manager so the most senior people on the team "think" they are the manager and all have the biggest ego's. Not to mention all the senior salespeople don't like one another so they fight daily and drag new reps into the drama. There were people at NEXT who were friends before NEXT and now after working there, these people no longer speak. NEXT has legit ruined friendships. If you have never been in an office where nobody on the sales team speaks to one another while at work you should go check out NEXT because it's wild to see in person. The tension and anger the sales team has towards one another are palpable.
