Next Health is a really great and innovative place to work. They are always looking at the new and cutting edge aspects of healthcare. They really care about their employees. I really enjoy the monthly breakfasts and quarterly gatherings. It helps create a more family type environment. They promote from within and are constantly looking for professionals that can help the company. They are really compliant about everything that they do in healthcare. Compliance is not just a saying or phrase at this company. They have actually hired several compliance officers to inspect the pharmacies on a weekly basis. We have weekly monitoring meetings on best practices and customer service improvement. All in all, Next Health is a great place to work, and I'm glad to be a part of the team.

Its a growing company, and at times, there is some confusion. There is a lot of structure being put in place though to help the employees and the company.
