No room for growth; leadership offers limited support - will tell you what you want to hear but there isn't any real solutions when asking for help; no communication between next level and the client makes it very awkward/uncomfortable for the employee; benefits are awful; pay structure has changed recently (did not get a raise at one year mark); never interact with/get to meet other dietitians or employees as nothing is ever held in person; weekly meetings are useless and do not cover any beneficial information.
