Pros

None Racist Mico management Lack of ethnic diversity

Cons

The worst company I have ever joined !!! If you are of ethnic minority avoid at all costs Full of BNP supporters and think its appropriate to bring up such comments in a pub on my first day. They will force you to change your LinkedIn picture whilst other people in the company are allowed to use whatever picture they please. The worst experience I have ever had in recruitment If you are a young hungry money motivated recruiter dont bother joining this business as everyone is 40+ and have no idea how to recruit in this day and age.

Next Phase Recruitment Response

It is disappointing to read this review, as the facts within it are simply incorrect. At Next Phase we have a very healthy and inclusive approach to hiring new people into our team, and we celebrate diversity. Our gender balance is 50/50 male/female, with ages ranging from 21 to 50+; and we are proud to have staff from a number of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds. It is important to note that the individual who posted this review was only at Next Phase for a few days in 2020; and during this time we received a complaint from a trusted client about this individual's conduct. We decided that this individual was not going to work out for us; and it is therefore regrettable to read this unsubstantiated review.

Pros

I can confidently say it's a fantastic place to grow. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported, with thorough training that set me up for success. The commission structure is fair, and there are regular incentives that make the job rewarding. The leadership team strikes a great balance between guidance and autonomy, giving me ownership of my desk while always being available for support when needed. What stands out most is the culture, I’ve developed so much professionally thanks to the clear progression path and the chance to learn from experienced colleagues and leadership. It’s been great so far, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Cons

Target-driven environments can be high-pressure at times and success requires resilience and self-motivation. Not ideal for those who prefer a slower or more structured pace.

Pros

Offers excellent ongoing training and development, from day one, and continues to offer throughout your career. They're genuinely invested in helping you grow professionally, with mentorship across the team and clear pathways to advance your career. The environment is smaller and more personal, meaning you're not just a number - your contributions are valued by both peers and leadership, in all aspects of the job. It offers a strong work-life balance, with both work-from-home days and flexibility on working hours, which I feel is important in a fast-paced environment like recruitment. This flexibility creates a healthy routine that helps to avoid burnout and keeps you motivated and productive throughout the week.

Cons

High accountability: You're given a lot of ownership and responsibility early on, which is a testament to how they trust in your ability. It can sometimes get overwhelming, but when voiced, you are offered additional support, accelerating your development.
