This a family owned business and is small enough for everyone to know each other. There is a lot of room for growth and collaboration. You have opportunities to branch out and acquire knowledge and experience in Telecommunication as well as General Construction.
Cons
There is not a step by step process or guide to do certain things. There is a lot of room for creativity and proactive thinking so if you are use to a more formal process it will be hard to get use to the amount of freedom with each task.
