No leadership quality shown by the management. Lack of coordination between the management and planning has caused nextdrop to struggle. Some get paid a lot and some very little. Hikes are small and not with industry standards.

Freedom to work, flexibility and like minded employees.

Not good with the performance reviews or salary hikes. Some people get the hike and some don't.
