Pros
* Great sales training, even though it was online due to being in a lockdown!
* Got to work hybrid, which offered lots of flexibility
* Open-minded team leader, provided lots of guidance and feedback
Cons
* Lots of redundancies and people leaving from the company after a couple of years.
* Company culture was good at the start, but due to budget cuts, this suffered.
* Lots of restructuring of middle management, and people's roles being merged, which meant unhappy, overly stressed staff.
* Little care for the health and welfare of staff
* No career growth
