+Pay is commission only and very little even if you do well -Long hours, up to 11 hour days, up to 2.5 of which are spent not doing any work that could earn you money and instead spent on "team building" and "learning exercises" -Owner/manager who makes racist remarks and calls people losers, suckers,ect. - Drove a half hour away, only to be told we couldn't sell in an area, this happened up to 3 times in one day - Was offered an interview without even applying ( I assumed I had applied and simply forgotten), interview process was extremely lax, with all of the candidates moving onto the second interview - Needed to wear full professional attire (collared dress shirt, pants, suit, tie ect) All in all, this job pretty much a scam, pay is awful, and it preys on those just starting out in the workplace. Do not work for this company.
