Very generous benefits and the owners of the company really care about their employees. Lots of spectacular events, including community events supporting Willing Warriors, golfing and happy hours.

Small company (~200 employees) that actually cares about its employees. I left NPG for about 1 yr and then came back because it is such a good company.
Cons
I can't really think of any downsides. I had no problem contacting company leadership (up to and including the CEO) if I had a problem.
